Fibre service downtime this year

Kinda posting out of desperation. Transferred from Vodacom to Afrihost on 1st of January. Line went down. Afrihost ignores me. 1st of February transfer to MWEB. MWEB ignore me. I've paid Vodacom, Afrihost and MWEB a combined total of R2975.00 this year to get my internet back.

Line is still down...

What do I do?
