Do u still have this issue? your speeds are shocking...if they were international speedtests i'd understand a bit but local,on a 100mb package,thats useless! Ask your ISP to check the DB loss on the ONT/CPE link. IF the loss is too high it will affect the link stability and also the speed... Theres a number of things that could be wrong... Get the DB loss checked, also ask the ISP to confirm your bandwidth speed/profile as there may have been a config mistake when provisioning your service (either wrong speed package or perhaps a duplicate IP) - u never know. It'll be worthwhile comparing your fibre service with a neighbour also on that same network - he may have similiar issues - if so then i would say their network is a mess, or they are running out of bandwidth on the backbone, or there are throttling etc... On a local speedtest you should get +-95mbps up and down if its synchronous, otherwise if its not, you may only get half your max upload speed - it depends on the ISP. Either way your download speed locally should be in the 90's...
