Fibre usage data has stopped updating

Updates every hour were fine up until the end of July.

Then :

* Usage data was last updated on: 2026/07/31 23:50:42
(Frogfoot as FNO)

I understand nothing would've been sorted over the weekend, but no response received whatsoever to my ticket, and usage figures haven't yet been reinstated.

The "last updated" time was by me (Monday morning) when I sent a friendly reminder it was still o/s.

Your Support has had a tendency to respond at weird hours of the night (2 or 3, to 5 or 6 am), so maybe I'll get some feedback early on Tuesday ?

Either way, can you look into it

I really like what you guys provide (ie. graphics etc) , when it works, which is most of the time nowadays.

This weekend - end of the month - was the 1st time in a number of them, that the system's faltered.

My Deco mesh app picked up 1/2 of the actual data used for July (as per your interface) so I definitely don't trust it.

Glasswire from what I can tell - correct me if wrong - I'd either need it on each device, then add up the individual totals OR I'd need to leave a dedicated laptop with the app installed on 24/7 connected to the ONT (unlikely as I doubt others would do this) ?

Pls advise how to do so in the most practical way.

I've done a basic search for some answers but not found & certainly don't have the time right now to read through all their documentation.

Out of interest why you want to monitor your usage? I am on Vuma trenched and ISP's have no way of even telling me what i use lol - not that i care tbh

It's a valid question, as I really shouldn't be concerned due to the fact it's fully uncapped.

Every so often, I like to compare usage from day to day (one of their graphs covers 7 days at a time, so I dont need to look every day), and month to month (for 3 of them including the current one).

Also, hourly confirms spikes in usage which indicates for eg., how much an extra stream at a particular resolution uses / used, over normal usage.

It's an indicator that if I ever want or need to go back to capped fixed mobile, how much I'd need to get by each month for streaming & downloading ; my guess is about 600 to 800 GB (maybe even 1TB).

At the moment, use considerably more as it's uncapped.

Also, it's there to see so I feel I may as well use it.

Fair point. I am a low amount of data user and have been exploring the 4G/5G packages as well since fibre just gets more expensive all the time so i could easily work with one of the cheap 5G options with a cap level.

i use to be 100/100 then went to 50/50 now 50/25 but fibre providers push the biggest increases to the low speed packages.

Yep, that's going to be on-device monitoring for the entire LAN, you'll need something at a point where all the traffic passes through, the ones on router interfaces are usually not as nice to use I suppose.
