Hi. I signed up for a 50/50 fibre deal with cool ideas vumatel almost 4 weeks ago. I live in a complex on the 3rd floor and they keep telling me that they are waiting on vuma because there is no infrastructure in the complex. So how long will it take because it has been almost 4 weeks already. Thanks

As per the communication from vumatel and that has been shared, they have no go live date for this complex

We don't have any more information at this time and they have withdrawn the installation for now in the complex.
