Not sure if anyone else has found this to be a problem.
I had a month to month solution with SkyFi solutions who was fantastic and never a had any problems, however at some point they seem to be acquired by fibrestream?
Returned back from a trip with the family yesterday and found out my account has been suspended due to a debit order transition or something like that. Been waiting since this morning for someone to contact me back and nothing ........
Read a few reviews from other members and then decided to try and cancel and for them to release the line. Was told that it to needs to go through to the accounts department and was told that this is outsourced and they only do emails......
Look i get that its only been about 24hours since i made contact, but service seems shocking? They couldn't even provide turnaround times etc.
Also anyone know the legislation on who owns the line and the requirements to release it?
