Better do it, I was in the bank in Jan to Fica but got another SMS last week. Ignored it thinking it an error as I had complied, so the bank went ahead and blocked my account. Their mistake buy they got you by the proverbial balls..

I have to go in in any case but it's just frikkin' annoying though to have to go make a printout of address again. Have been with them for nearly 10 years without issues so don't see why they should be hassling me for documents which if I ask them in 1 month's time they won't be able to show me or tell me where they are.

oddly enough, cant remember the last time i FICA'd with FNB... (good few years back I'm sure) but no reminders or nagging.
but i did hear issues of Absa and Standarbank guys having their accounts blocked because bank just sms/emailed and never called to remind them... Peeps ignored the email/sms and had their accounts frozen. quite a hassle !
