Papadakis said other Brown Brother shareholders co-operating with the curators include Louis Koen, whose family trust was a significant shareholder, and Johan Linde - a former right-hand man to Brown. Andrew Tucker is "negotiating".
Danisa Baloyi, a prominent black economic empowerment wheeler-and-dealer who was disgraced after it was revealed that she did not have a doctorate but was calling herself "Dr", has repaid a soft loan of about R8m to the curators.
Her links to Fidentia are still being examined.
Those not complying with requests to repay millions, say the curators, include Arthur's brother Zach, who has regularly shown public support for his sibling at the Cape Town Magistrate's Court.
Papadakis also said on Wednesday that the curators believe they have concluded the sale of two of the largest companies in the Fidentia stable.
