Digicape is looking for an IT Technician / Desktop Support Engineer.
You will join our IT Field team in Cape Town and will be responsible for day-to-day support of our clients laptops, desktops, printers, file servers and all other technical hardware used at multiple offices.
The perfect candidate is a great problem solver and is passionate about IT.

Technical knowledge, skills, education and experience
- Problem-solver with great organizational skills
- Hands-on with proactive can-do attitude
- Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client problems are resolved & end-users are happy
- Problem-solver and unafraid to get busy & dirty & take pride in your work
- Ability to lift/move heavy objects (desktops, printers, etc.)
- Must have a great interest in computer hardware/software/networking/people
- Troubleshooting skills for Microsoft Windows, Mac, office suite & Adobe suite
- Good at time management and administrative tasks.
- Oral and written communication skills
- Did we mention problem-solver?
- 2+ years of experience within a similar position
