I love the commentary in the career menu screens as well as the relevant up to date commentary in game. I was playing the demo with Arsenal (of course ) and the commentators were discussing the fact that Giroud hasn't scored yet and the pressure on him. Its a small feature, but one that has a huge effect on realism.

Went for the launch last night - played till 2am (Now at work like a zombie)
Manager mode is awesome - now you can include 1 of your own players + cash when trying to buy another player
Have to say its the best Fifa yet
