Fifa 2009 problem

Ok so i have fifa 2009 for pc, i have been playing it on my buddies ps3 and game is just flippin awesome.


For some reason my logitech game pad will not assign the same button to slide and lobe for instance, nor can i tackle with x and pass the ball. It's almost like i need to different buttons where as on the playstation you slide when you don't have the ball and lobe when do have the ball.

Do i need a playstation 2 type game-pad, do they make pc gamepads with analogue sticks?

You need to use different buttons. You can't assign the same button to the same action, as far as I know. Will check it out later. I have a rumble pad. I usually play pes though instead of fifa.

WTF how stupid is that? damn the game does not even look or feel like the PlayStation one either.

Because it isn't. The fifa 09 on pc game is a slightly better version than the ps2 game. It isn't close to fifa 09 on ps3 or xbox 360. They claimed most people can't run the game if they gave us the real version. PES has the same version whether pc or console.

Geez lucky this was a pirated game or i would mighty pissed off.

shall download pes 2009 before buying to ensure its decent. Many people playing in this country stefan?

No idea. Only playing the single player.
