Does anyone here play it?
Got through the first season so far, multiplayer is pretty smooth too. Looking from some local opponents :)

Dude, I have played EA FIFA PC and it is totally crap compared to PS3 or Xbox.

I played 2006, 2008 and 2010 was my last gasp at it. Visuals were totally appauling (2010) and all the PC versions are designed by a team which is a branch off of the PS3 and Xbox one, i.e. like the Greyhound Citiliner is to the Greyhound, or like how the Mango is to SAA. The quality just is not the same. You get what you pay for.

October 2009, I got my PS3 and the game with it.

There is a better chance opf meeting other players with PS3 or Xbox than with PC. Infact I wish you luck because you really need it.

Further, you cannot compete in the FIWC (FIFA Interactive World Cup) with PC skills. Waaaaaay different. FIWC is the official FIFA competition run by EA each year in 10 location around the world including SA in March each year where each palyer has a chance to win a major prize (like a Kia Soul with US$20,000) or a trip to the destination where the final is played.

There has been hype around the new PC system being similar to PS3 and Xbox's but I doubt if there has been any major change from what I saw. In my opinion PC doesn't make that much money for EA so they won't develop it as a priority. You can't even get anything for your game at Cash Crusaders.

I agree, FIFA for PC has been crap compared to the console versions, but FIFA 11 has the new next gen engine.
However the game i am talking about is FIFA Online, free to play online only PC game, unfortunately its based on the FIFA 10 game engine :/ But hopefully they upgrade it to use the new engine.
