File is missing or corrupt: \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM

Follow the instructions I posted a link to. The system registry file is corrupt. The instructions I posted let you get into the system so as to recover the last good file from the system restore folders.

I tried that guide now I get a Blue Screen Error, with REGISTRY_ERROR, I even get the error when going to recovery console.

I tried the repair install option yesterday, but theres no option on this pc, the link you provided suggests that you go into the repair console if theres no repair install option,

Reboot, this time taking the immediate R option (this is the section I told
you to skip above. In this case, you will need to get to the Recovery
Console to perform the function below), and if the CD letter is say K: give
these commands

COPY K:i386ntldr C:
COPY K:i386ntdetect.com C:
(two other files needed - just in case)
ATTRIB -H -R -S C:boot.ini
DEL C:boot.ini
BootCfg /Rebuild

Problem is that, as soon as I enter the Repair console, type "1" to select the windows installation and press <enter> it gives a BSOD with REGISTRY_ERROR
