Filled Too Much Oil

so before you panic most dipsticks actually has 2 markings cold oil level and a hot oil level
If you check the oil cold and recheck when hot the oil level will be much higher on a warm engine

You are talking nonsense. Perhaps for power steering yes. Not for engine oil levels. Only one level indicator on a dipstick. WHen you check oil just after having switched off the car (when oil is warmer), the level will in all likelihood show a little lower as most of the oil is still in the head and hasn't drained to the sump yet.

Isnt duralube and prolong the same snake oil?

Oh am I talking nonsense. Well the you explain that to some vehicle manufacturers that works like that. Then you also tell them to please not print it in the owner’s manual like that.
Because then they surely have no idea what cars they making.
I will also tear that page out of my owner’s manual because you believe its nonsense.

4. Pull out the level gauge again and check the oil level on it. If it is below the lower level, add oil to bring the level up to the upper level.

• Use only engine oil with the recommended grade and viscosity.

• Use only engine oil with the recommended grade and viscosity.

• Be careful not to spill engine oil when adding it. If oil touches the exhaust pipe, it may cause a bad smell, smoke, and/or a fire. If engine oil gets on the exhaust pipe, be sure to wipe it off.

• If the level gauge is not pulled out easily, twist the level gauge right and left, then pull it out. Otherwise, you may be injured accidentally straining yourself.

If you check the oil level just after stopping the engine, wait a few minutes for the oil to drain back into the oil pan before checking the level.

Just after driving or while the engine is warm, the engine oil level reading may be in a range between the upper level and the notch mark. This is caused by thermal expansion of the engine oil.

To prevent overfilling the engine oil, do not add any additional oil above the upper level when the engine is cold.
 
To make your life simple , check oil level when car is cold ,,finished and klaar

Also its handy to buy that oil pump extractor from Ardendorff tools.Its come in handy a few times where ive over filled

Nope
Read your owners manual and follow those guidelines. If I checked my vehicles oil when cold I'd get the wrong reading.
 
A friend once did the same and the dipstick under high revs was pushed up and his whole engine compartment was full of the oil spray.

Took him several cleans to get the oil off and stop the car smelling like a oil fire.
