Since government's liberalisation announcement, Telkom has continued to consolidate its market share by growing its data offering, splashing the costs of bandwidth and incetivising customers that choose to commit to long-term contracts.

My first thought was that "splashing" means bandwidth price increases, but according to the article this actually means "reducing". Can you believe this! Has Chimwemwe Mwanza not heard of the 1st of November abortion.

WOW! I don't know how a company with a total monopoly of a national asset can manage such great results in front of the massive opposition!

Our hats must go off to them for managing to achieve such wonderful results.

One has to admit that not any ordinary @srehole could have achieved this. It takes a really special kind of @rsehole.
