hahahaha, give them time they can not hire 20 million people to get neotel operational. I saw them at Glenvista, approx 4 months, I think they still busy, they've dug up by my road already last year....... I am still waiting for them to be in operation, but yet again not sure if that's Vodacom cable.

I was reading somewhere, that vodacom will have their own Infrastructure, that's why they departed from Telkom....
