There's a question we Israelis won't ask ourselves about the Palestinians, especially not about Gaza. The question is taboo. Not only won't anyone ask it out loud, but very, very few people will dare ask it in the privacy of their own minds.

However, I think it's time we start asking it, privately and in public. If we don't, I think there's going to be Operation Cast Lead II, then Operation Cast Lead III, and each one is going to be worse than the last, and the consequences for Palestinians and Israelis are going to be unimaginable.

The question we have to ask ourselves is this: If anybody treated us like we're treating the people in Gaza, what would we do?

Have you thought about how you're treating the Jews?
Scrape your own toenails clean before kicking the dirt around.

Personally I think both the Jews and the Muslims need to learn this lesson: You can live together in peace. Stop the fighting and you will see there are already many from both sides that do and follow their lead.

Instead of inciting, have you tried accepting?

Agreed. As soon as the Israelis agree to a ceasefire, it's almost always the Palestinians who throw the first stone again (if not always?).

Hang on have you even read the article? Its easy to argue ceasefires being broken (which a quick google would prove how false your statement is).

The question that the article raises are far more than your average its war banter.

Israel expect the Palestinans to live in perpetual poverty (blockades of food, meds etc). Argue all you want what they do is wrong and they basically incite retaliation which leads to to a military excercise (read genocide).

I am sure that you have already justified their acts of agressions as did the apartheid goverment, the nazis etc. But is it right ?

What would you do in the same situation?

I would remove the leaders responsible for repeatedly antagonizing the Israeli government resulting in the military operations.

Your nick: "assassin"

Your sig:
"Stop the Massacre of the the Muslims in Palestine
Land stolen over the years"

Your words: "which leads to to a military excercise (read genocide)"

I don't have to read your references, I can see you are trying to incite. Instead of causing *****, have you tried stopping it?

If you are pointing me to references where people are trying to get along, then maybe I'd be ready to listen to you. Until then though, you remain a troll.

Here's the problem with what's you're saying.

In any conflict where two people think they are in the right, you can never ever expect the group that is opressed to apologise to the group that is in power. It is unthinkable. There are only two ways for such a conflict to end.

1 ) The group in power must make the effort to reconcile. South Africa is an example of this.
2) The oppresed group must not retaliate. Simple as that. Take away all the opressive groups feeling of richeousness and it will implode on itself. Again South Africa is an example of this with the non violent protest movement etc.

Anyway , point is you can never ever expect the group that feel it's has had it's dignity been taken apologise without causing create resentment and on going hatred. Israel needs to realise this or accept the consequences.

And yet Israel flourishes while the Arab countries do the same to Israel.
Besides the military hostility against Israel, The Arabs have an economic embargo and blockade against Israel - and yet they flourish - go figure?

If the roles were reversed and it was the Israelis in Gaza, then Gaza would by now be the Monaco of the Middle East.

And if you took Israel out of the equation it would be no different - the Pallies would still be killing each other and living in poverty - seen what Islamic states look like (the ones without OIL)?

Take away American Aid and Israel wouldn't thrive nearly as much. But if they claim they would then why do they thrive ? They're the same "race" so I'm guessing you're saying they thrive because they're Jewish ? Come now , let's not perpetuate nasty stereotypes about jews being money hungry and shrewd please.

Ha ha. That's a low blow. But you seem to be allocating Israelis with some kind of superiority to the palestinians. What is this special thing that makes them superior ?

I gave a perfectly pragmatic solution to the problem. There was no biast or personal opinion expressed. Those coming in here and blindly offering the words "don't feed the troll" need to reconsider if there is any point to their actions other than to be douchebags.

Feed the trolls I say, show them to all for the fools and tools that they are, reduce their arguments to the trash that it is. Point out the holes in their claims.

Sides, it's boosts one post count.
