It was time for me to upgrade from Lightroom 4.1 so I got myself a Creative Cloud Photographer License, got to say not much of a difference from my old version of Lightroom but I am super impressed with Photoshop it has been a couple years since I last used the program, it's become immensely simpler and faster to edit pics in Photoshop , edits that used to take me an hour to do previously in photoshop in the old days now takes me less than 20 minutes. Also the free prosite is a less little add-on

Not much differ... Have you actually opened it yet? HDR photo merge, panoramic photo merge (both without converting to another format), dehaze, brush filters, etc. It has come a long way since LR4.
