Finance private vehicle

Hi, I would like to know how do I go about getting finance for buying a vehicle privately? Procedures to follow

Westbank does private sale financing or some dealers are willing to do it for a few thousand rand.

Ive seen wesbank does it...but im in bloem and the car in pretoria....that makes things a but difficult

Wesbank worked perfectly for me and it means nothing that you are not in the same town.

I did one through Standard Bank once. It's a lot of paperwork, and the seller needs to co-operate and have some patience, as it can take a while. He also needs to trust you enough to hand over the paperwork before he gets his money, as the bank don't pay a cent till it's registered in their name.
