Finance Problems:Always Getting Declined

Hi guys,
dont know if you can help me, I need to buy a car but everytime that I apply it gets declined and doesnt go any further.The reason is because I paid a month late for a Cell C contract and they listed me but its neither a default nor a judgement this is the reason my applications get declined.The amount was for a R1000 i paid it up 2 months ago and have proof but its still reflecting on ITC how do I get it removed?

All I have is a cllphone account and a furniture account on my name.

Are there any dealers out there that could assist me with this?

I have a trade in of a vehicle that ive paid up its Retail is R37000 and even tho I owe nothing on it they dont take this trade in/deposit into account.

This is really frustrating.PLEASE HELP
