Hi Everyone,

As a follow up from the last Finance Spotlight article I posted on Settling Debt vs Saving, I got quite a few requests for assistance on investment planning for your children's tertiary education.

As a result I wrote a article on the topic and posted it to my website. But what I really want to share with everyone is the youtube video on Education Savings.

I often use these videos to help education my clients and would really appreciate everyone's input on whether they found value from it or not.

Good stuff Jo! Keep up the good work.

Pretty scary how much you would actually need to save per month to completely cover all costs. My only recommendation would be to start saving BEFORE you have a kid hehe which would greatly reduce the monthly investment needed.

Quite right. But most people only re-aline their priorities once a life changing event like have a child happens.
