Hi, feeling a bit lost and confused here and need some sort of direction.
If anyone might be able to help that would be great.

I'm looking for a reputable and professional company who can manage and administer the buyout and payment of an asset of our company to a third party. The current repayment schedule is based on an variable monthly amount amortization calculation done at a fixed rate. It includes all interest and once of settlement figures etc. What we require is a company who can manage the whole process where there are for example additional payments made by the 3rd party on a monthly basis and how that will affect all other figures in the original calculation moving forward (ie less interest, and also changes monthly amounts from the original schedule). The company will then send use and the 3rd party the new schedule at the end of each month. Sounds almost to me if the company will in effect do the almost the same as what a bank would do on a mortgage, maybe just a bit more complicated.

Any advice on who I can approach to handle such a scenario as above? (maybe KPMG?)

Not 100% sure of what you're saying here. It's a bit confusing. But from what I can see you just need a normal Accountant. What type of volumes or amounts are you talking here?

I've been to two accountants whose eyes just started to glaze over when I explained the calculations and scenarios involved. Not sure if this is more leaning towards the work done by an actuary or similar.

Relatively big amounts with potential complex scenarios and calculations.

Why not try a bank?
