Find licensed vehicles on database

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a list of licensed vehicles of the database. I am looking for an old motorbike pre '75 and i rate this is a good way to contact owners. Only problem with this is that thieves could use this as a shopping list.

And advise appreciated.
