Finding out ISP remotely

So one of my clients has a jhb office. This is a problem what with me being in Durban. They got capped today and are trying to buy more bandwidth. The problem is they aren't sure who their ISP is. I would walk them through logging into the router, but the process is tedious over the phone, especially with so many user/pass combinations to try.

I tried looking at their SMTP server, but its a hosted one that came with their email hosting.

Anybody have any ideas? I was wondering if maybe there was a way to link an IP to an ISP or something similar.
