It would never happen here. Firstly, our government wouldn't notice. Secondly, if they did notice, they would never admit it. Our official approach to information problems is to ban the information.

Actually, if someone did notice, that low level employee would have a miserable time trying to explain what is happening to their politically appointed superiors whose grasp of tech is limited to its intersection with politics. They are most likely to bury it on page 17 of a report that nobody reads.
