fireblade clutch fluid leaking

I got a used blade (08) yesterday and I've noticed black dot4 clutch fluid leaking onto the fairing a bit. It happens only after I ride and not just when it stands there for a while. I did notice that the amount of fluid in the plastic tank was just above the max fill line. Would this be the cause and is it normal?

Seals on their way out, check the hose coming out of the reservoir
