Some of my clients upgraded to FireFox 3.6 this morning, and have informed me that their vertical scrollbars on all pages (body level) have disappeared.

I have verified this.
These scrollbars still appear in IE 6, IE 7, Google chrome and Opera.
Not Safari - Uses the FF engine.

Be warned, something fundamental has been changed.
I may report back on the cause, going to be a fun filled day.

EDIT - This effect is not occurring on all websites, I'm just saying: Check yours.

Found it - careful how you use: overflow: hidden;
It's scope of effect has changed.

AFAIK, FF never had scrollbars by default when not needing the scroll. It was only IE that had them by default

Where were you using it that it affected the body scrollbars ...I assume as a 'clearfix' on the body tag? oO
