Anyone else have a problem with smooth scrolling on Firefox 36.0 on systems other than Fedora, I've been forced to switch smooth scrolling off in preferences because it lags for a second or two and then jumps to catch up - very irritating. Doesn't happen on all sites but very noticeable in the MyBB forums.

My installed version:

firefox.x86_64 - 36.0-1.fc21

Fedora Update Notification

I dont have that issue on my system (manjaro linux 3.19)

Switched between KDE, XFCE, and Compiz, and no probs here.

I am having that scrolling issue, that it is not smooth and that its lagging... I am on Windows 10 Technical Preview 64-Bit

Seems it might be a "bleeding edge" issue with 36.0.1.

Centos 7 is still on 35 and Ubuntu on 36.0, smooth scrolling is fine on both.

From the Firefox 36.0.1 release notes:

CSSOM-View scroll behavior implemented allowing smooth scrolling of content without custom libraries

I noticed two things.

1) HTML 5 video (or maybe Adobe flash video) is causing lag.
2) and Adobe Flash seems to crash a lot lately and the plug-in stops working. (might be related).
