FireFox add-onns backup.

Can anyone who runs FireFox please tell me how i can backup all the installed add-onns.
I want to format my HDD and do a clean XP install during this month, but i do not want to loose all the add-onns because then i'll have to download them again.
BTW i do not want to create an image of my C: (Clean install)
Any help regarding this will be very much appreciated.

also check Mr Tech's local Install you can export your plugins install links to an html file
now you can get the latest vers asswll
