Firefox & google searchbar help rqd...

Since I upgraded to FF2, my google searchbar works differently. When i instigated a google search previously with FF1.5 it would open the search in a new tab (This might have bee tabbrowser preferences extension) but since I upgraded the search opens in my current tab (unless I middle click).

Can anyone tell me how to set it up to open in a new tab? I'm sure it is simple, but I cannot get it to work...

Use Tab Mix Plus, if you are using any other one remove it and rather install Tab Mix Plus.

Then goto Tools/Options/Tabs
Click Tab Mix Plus options
Click Events icon
Select Tab Opening tab
ensure that search bar is ticked

Ok, thanks for the help... eventually found it in FF options...
