FireFox "Work Offline" issue.

Hi,

Everytime I work without a coonection I keep getting a popup that asks me if I would like to work offline. It is quite annoying as it pops up every couple minutes. Does anyone perhaps know how to switch this bloody annoying thing off?

hmmm, I've never had this message with FireFox... are you sure that it's not something else like MSN trying to connect?

Or what are you trying to work on using the browser? If you downloaded a website to use later on and it uses live content then it might ask to when you load the page...

I downloaded couple of pages from a site and use it constantly, when I go back and forward a couple of time it tends to want to connect to the internet. What I do to fix this is alway keep the main page open and then open all the links in a new window. I use it until it wants to connect and then I close the window and open the link again from the main page. Don't know if there is a fix for it but it is a work around I use to fix this.

Thanks 3g. I think it is Skype trying to connect. I will disable it and see what happens
