FireFox

You should really just do a fresh install of Windows XP and stick with IE6. If it ain't broke ...

What do you mean IE6? Internet 5 is super lightweight and works even better. I actually downgraded back to Windows 2000 just so I could run Internet 5 again. Internet 8 is bulky and slow.

Many sites are not compatible with Internet 5, but I think its because the guys that developed the sites are bad programmers.

I don't know if this is related or off topic, but has anybody had accounts like Gmail locked or money disappearing from their bank accounts recently?

What does epic fails mean?

Do you mean the other loaded the 80ms slower? I can how the blink of an eye can be considered epic fail.

Epic Fail = miserable failure.

As for Google Chrome, like i said on previous posties, i have used all other browsers available, even in ubuntu. The only browser that gave me 0% error or problems was Google Chrome.

What problems i wonder though? i have used them all and they all worked. could not say epic failure for them.

Do explain :D

Ja, but my local PC shop told me that all their copies of Win2000 were sold out because Internet 5 is so popular, so I had to settle for second best. :(

looks like someone trying to build up their post count in a hurry

like many, many others on mybb, I've had virtually 0% problems with Firefox (since it was released) on w2k, xp, and quite a few linux variants...

You seem very worried about post, does it mean a lot to you? :D.

Hey~

Out all the internet Explores.. Like Google Chrome, Internet 8 or FireFox, which one out of those 3.. (or anymore if you reccomend any...)

Is good to use..

I heard that firefox slows down the internet..
Bullshyte!

I think Internet 8 is a really cool guy, eh speeds up teh Interwebz and doesn't afraid of anything.
This guy is that lonely kid in the playground... :P

FYI IE6 is very broke, one of the most unsecure web browsers around, google is even dropping support for it because of its security risks

It also makes pictures into videos. Just download the poster of your favourite movie from IMDB, open it in IE8 and it converts it to 1080p video.
Wow and what would be the point of that?

Now back to the question:
IE (all of them) Want to test your firewall and AV? use this, nuff said

Chrome: said to be the fastest, but people (and me) found it too light weight, and the plugins are not that good

Firefox (my personal choice), probable the second fastest, but it makes up in plug ins, such as fasterfox, adblock (I have forgot what web pages with adds look like!) greasmonkey and extended status bar

Opera: often the innovator for browser features, but never the best, the other browser take them and perfect them.

Majority of people will recommend FF, I would say FF or Chrome, depending on what you want

Hey~

well i think i'm going to use chrome and firefox.. others.. much of an effort to update...
I mean... Firefox and chrome can both download offline setup.. but other have to update... sad sad

Anyway, I would like to ask about firefox... does it have an option that allows you to download in the background.. like without firefox being opened? or can't you?

If you start the download with firefox the download will continue in its own little window when you close the main one

Free Download Manager, and then install Flashgot on Firefox. You'll thank me later.

Anybody know of a plugin that makes flashget work better with FF?
