ok i founf the problem,you cant install in from the addon section within firefox,you have to download it seperate as a standalone and then install it,ag man i am so clever...lol

I was gonna try the beta, but without the flash plugin working, i guess i will give it a miss.

no it works just follow my way by installing it as a seperate thing
I googled flash plugin for FF and got to adobe and downloaded,works fine now
