Firepools & chicken runs

Quick question...

So clearly chicken runs being security expenses is a bit of a farce...but can anyone find any legislation against it?

Our Prez has already supposedly """"responded"""" and now our parliament is refusing to answer too.. i.e No actual answers anytime soon.

So can anyone come up with some kind of legislation reference that would make anyone accountable for this farce? (Like anyone at all?)

If not we can presumably expect many more chicken runs and fire pools in our future....

Let me try again.

If the compound is under siege, the 1000 chickens will supply sustenance to the family for the 12 hours until reinforcements arrive. Unless that Kubuleka dude is there....then its 2 hours.

What made you think its a farce?

The president does not swim, so why would he need a swimming pool?
Your capitalist and imperialist tendencies are clouding the issue.
 
That is clearly wasteful expenditure and JZ has to pay for that .
If JZ does not pay for that the people of SA must sue him for it .
As a citizen of SA every one has the right to sue him .
