Firestream ISP anyone use them??

Good day

I am looking for anyone who might have had experience with firestream ISP.

As they seem to be a good option for me pricing wise, but I am unsure about their support as well as service quality.
(I'm on the MTN fibre network so we have limited ISP options)

Any feedback would be appreciated

Hey man , been with them for about 8 months now, very good service, if you log a problem they phone you back within 20 minutes and work on your line.

I have a 20/20 line and most of the time i run at around 25/25.

I use them at R580 for 10Mbs its one of the cheapest offerings out there.

Service wise, I cant say its been flawless. I been with them for approx 18 months, only had an outage twice. Second outage was for a few days and my biggest frustration was the very limited after hours support. Given the fact that I haven’t had any other issues, I would say at that price it a good option to go with.
 
Fast and cheap but with limited support. Its a good deal for the more technical types where you don't mind doing your own troubleshooting
 
The worst service i ever received. Try call them or email them on anything, you will never get response. After being held ransom for service i did not receive in June and July, I was forced to pay 2 months for no service. I paid lots of money to be back online and I received message from Mark "Your service has been reinstated and your cancellation has been booked for 31 August 2019."
End of August, service was terminated and I had no service. I signed up with Cool Ideas.
End of September Mark ran debit order, and stole my money. FNB Bank failed to reverse close to R600 debit order.
End of October, End of November i received and invoice again for a cancelled service. No response to email and no response to emails. For your own peace, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH MARK or Firestream

Take them to the small claims court.
