Firestream - No response from the remote server

As at 1 am, Modem error "No response from the remote server. Please check whether your computer can access the internet directly using your Modem. If no, contact your ISP for help."
It is 2.32 am, going back to sleep, hopefully will be sorted out tomorrow.

Sorry to hear and hope it's sorted out now I'd recommend finding yourself a new reputable ISP.
