I'm looking for one with a Texas Instruments chipset.

Anyone have an idea where I might be able to find such a thing?

Thanks.

Why specifically a TI chip ?

I found one of these that I got years ago, and never used it (my DV camera had a different plug).
Can't see if it's Texas Instruments chipset or not - looks like VIA VT6306 to me...

Any idea what these go for nowadays?
May have to get one myself..
Know nothing about it. Reading up.

Pinnacle show the Sunix FWA3010G which ain't a TI chipset, seems it's a LSI FW323 ..and is too cheap to be worth getting couriered from Midrand on its own. But then Frontosa ..*cough* ..show the FWB3100 which *does* have the TI chipset you want.

But there's a wrinkle: it's a 64-bit PCI card!
