Firmware 5.2.1.16a ??

I noticed that woosh.co.nz use the same modems as Sentech. Out of curiosity I looked for their latest firmware version, and what I found was this: http://www.woosh.com/modemupgrade.aspx
What would happen if I upgraded my modem to this firmware???

If your modem is working OK rather dont upgrade

Many have had problems with firmware upgrades before and had to take modems in to be fixed

Also that version may not be compatable with the local towers

Going to 5.2.1.16a does not necessary mean an upgrade.
Your modem firmware should correspond with the firmware that is being used by the NodeB's on the towers which currently is 5.0.1.68m
Often special experimental versions is written for someone, like 50.0.1.62 and 50.0.1.66c were special versions written for Sentech only, for a problem which actually ended up being something else.
So be carefull what you put into your modem.
