I've finally decided to see what the experience is like and I receive this message: "We are currently experiencing technical problems. We are working on resolving the problem. Please try again later. From the BoxOffice Team"

Well done Multichoice, a world class product. It will probably be months before I try again. Back to my recordings...
 
I got that same message.

However, when I rented a movie, it was available in less than 5 minutes, and got an sms confirming that it is on the house.

Seems only the reg sms is buggered the rest works perfect.
