First Chinese chess world champion

Ding Liren deserved it, bad start though, but he had a good recovery. It is sad that Magnus decided against playing, but that is what it is.
 
lots of drama, but the quality of chess was not that high, lots of blunders everywhere

Magnus chose not to play because ironically, he could not play in the strongest tournaments like the grand prix and the candidates.

so he will be back
 

The winning game for Ding. My nerves were shot watching it, imagine Ding.
