Lol u must be wanting this card really bad... 10 points for getting this information to us ;) even tho in Chinese :p
 
That Chinese page does not load completely for me. Not even through Google translator... :confused:

But I'm an ATI Fan anyways :)

Those google translations are still in beta for chinese, last time I translated a graphics card review it kept talking about the cards sexual drive in 3d applications..

Aah, but this translation is quite good.

Numbers are all you need anyway, you can see the OC, it's not bad. 600/900 -> 740/1010 Not amazing either...

The page loads fine in IE I see. Poor FF :(
 
Wow, ..makes buying/having bought a gts or even gtx look foolish, no offence guys, bt that kind of performance ie. almost gtx! across the board is awesome!!

Can't wait to see 8800gt vs. RV670!! aka HD3850 (700/1800) and HD3870 (825/2400)

Ja but buying an old gts now would be a bit stupid IMO. I mean the 8800gt launch is a week away and is cheaper and performs better than a gts! If you really want a gts wait for the updated version that will be coming out.

Oh ja, it came with a warning that the page doesn't work properly in FF, perfect in Opera though. :D

I wonder just how accurate these benchies are, but all the leaked reviews have said the same thing so far...
 
oooo....looks impressive :) but will have to see when it officially gets released if those figures are on the mark or just exaggerated
 
So how much can we expect to pay for one here in SA. I think this may be the card I have been waiting for
 
Should be under R2500 if it's going for $249 in America.

The HD2900Pro goes for R2500 here, and was priced just above $249 while it was in stock at Newegg and other places. The 8800GT won't be having the same stock problems so the price should go below R2500. But you never know how it works in SA...
 
No ekhaatvensters you better get your vaseline ready as good old SA pricing will most prob rape us once again. Prices i've seen so far are around R2800 and normally any $ price you see if you multiply it with 10 normally gives you an accurate price here. So after hype dies a bit it will prob be around R2500 as apposed to R1750 if you convert the $ directly!!!!
 
Aaargh go on all u want ! Wait till I put some nitrogen cooling on my 320mb gts, gonna kick all ya butts :p
 
Hehehe i might add some nitrogen to that 8800gt and then whip some GTX butt :D
 
HD3XXX series is not RV670 RV670 is HD2950 series. That will go head to head with the GT etc... :)
Some GT's will oc quiet nicely almost 800MHZ :)

Are you sure about this? That's what every one initially thought, but all the speculation has changed to the HD3xxx series, actually it's even been listed on Gecube's (I think) site as the HD3000 series..

Unless they're that close with the RV700?

It obviously makes more sense as the 2950, it's not enough of an upgrade to make a whole new range of cards with.

I'm afraid I'm gonna have to correct the mighty ShockG!! ;) :P

HD3850 and HD3870 is what the they're heavily rumoured to be changing the naming scheme to for the RV670, which was going to be HD2950.

As I mentioned, pro and xt respectively.

As I say "rumoured", albeit heavily, ..in any case it all refers to the same RV670.
