Fantastic opportunity for a young, bright, customer facing Helpdesk Support Consultant to join a dynamic team in Observatory Cape Town.

Responsibilities:
Providing end-user support
Management of the helpdesk system
Providing server, connectivity, prioritisation of services, configuration of systems and policies
Provide server and application administration
Active Directory 2008 / 2012
MS Exchange 2010 / 2013
Symantec Backup DLO & NetBackup
Antivirus Management Console administration
Installing, maintaining and administrating Windows 7 or Windows 10
Maintaining and administrating MS Office 2013 Pro Plus & Office 365
Network troubleshooting, including TCPIP, route and Tracing abilities.

Qualifications:
IT Diploma or equivalent
Server +
N+
A+
MCITP 2008 or MCSE 2012
MS Exchange 2010 or 2013

Excellent written and verbal communication ability
Interpersonal skills
Team orientated
Strong planning and organisation skills
Detail orientated
Able to build relationships
Good time management
Excellent understanding of mobile device operating system
