i guess a person can just laugh, got my first telkom aco**** yesterday.
so because of their accounting inefficiencies you get billed late so basically billed back for previous month and then for service not rendered yet, coming month. can live with that, i guess
but then you get billed the same for previously said voice line that i never wanted and then for the installation of voice line, even though they billing me for the adsl line, now wondering how difficult it was to hit some keys on a keyboard since everything was already installed. dont have a problem paying for the adsl installation, considering the guy was there for just over a 1.5 hours fair charge but then still charging 240 for voice installation, come now,
wishing for some competition so that they can realise time is over for ripping the public off.
