First time plex media server user - help!

Wait what?

On your android TV app, install the PlexApp and login with the normal user you used on the Pi.

Your media should show up then. So t sign into Plex with the guest account
 
Create a Plex.tv account.
Setup your Plex media server.
Install Plex on your Android TV and attach it to your account by going to plex.tv/link on your phone.
Sit back and enjoy. As simple as that.
 
Do you have Direct Play and Direct Stream enabled? Sounds like you are using CPU rendering and the Pi's CPU obviously cannot handle it.
You should have no issues playing anything on the Nova. We tested it with Plex and streaming from the moment it arrived.
 
In your Plex, in Settings, Under Network... do you have your LAN /24 under LAN Networks?

Hi Guys

I need some help. I have been using Plex for a few years now.

Recently I discovered that whenever I stream from my media server via my phone (S21) the Plex app crashed shortly after the stream starts. I have uninstalled the app already but no resolution.

Any advice?
 
I'm testing a Plexshare from someone in the UK on my Dell at work, all working well but when I sign-in to my Android TV at home the Share doesn't appear on the left menu like it does on PC?

It does show under settings as a friend has shared their Plex and i'm using same account I use on my Dell, what give's?

I even tried closing down Plex on my PC in case it was some sort of not allowing concurrent streams etc.
