First Vodacom Contract and I'm Beyond Dissapointed

Ockie again thanks for the info and the help you offering me, will let you know if I need further assistance, wife will go into the Vodacom shop in the morning and sort it out and get the BC Lite contract instead of what she got today.

Just tested to make sure there's a 4G signal and was able to connect to Vodacom 4G network, did a speed test, latency was better than on 3G but download speed was a lot slower than on 3g weird as hell, anyway that BC lite contract is just about what I need so thanks again for the help

Yeah I initially did a test on vodacom 3G network and then when you told me about the BC lite packages got my router to pick up the 4G network and did a test on LTE 3G was faster than LTE, but latency on LTE was a bit better, like I said weird as hell.

So now run into my next problem those dam BC lite packages are all on the business side so the guy at the voda shop can't help me need the ck number and the business bank statements, I have 2 current business both with their own respective ck number, but none of them have a bank accounts, being using personal account so anyway around that obstacle.

Also for those wondering about the cancellation it went thru without any hiccups.
