Fitch: SA needs more telecom liberalisation

This article makes me sick. It's like an eight year old girl saying: "Mugabe is a bad person."
 
Isn't that article basically what we've all be saying for the past how long?
 
this should go under the "click here if you by any miracle have any bandwidth to waste" category.
 
best of all, someone is raking in money saying this. or at least, printing it out and running it through a ring-binder, and then calling it a 'report'. chrissake, it's common sense at this stage of the game!

Yeah the DOC and Icasa might not give a damn, but foreign companies wishing to invest here will rather check a fitch report as part of their decision making process, than listen to you complain! :cool:

Also Cell C is not underperforming due to poor regulation, but due to poor service levels and crap adds.
