You don't have any location info. The above is for CT area but apparently they suck.
You might have to contact @home and ask who the service agents in your area are. Alternatively contact www.breville.com.au as that is where the company is based and ask them who their official distributor in SA is.
If you are in the jhb area maybe give these dudes http://www.appliancespares.co.za/ a call and see if they can help you or point you in the right direction.

If you are in CT then it will go to Liptronics as they are the service agents in that area. Unfortunately they don't have a good rep.

So I bit the bullet and went to Liptronics although I've read some bad reviews. They helped me immediately and the technician asked if I wanted to wait for it to be repaired. He had to replace the circuit board. I waited about ten minutes and my machine works again. Great service!
On a negative note, they allow smoking on the premises....it stank of cigarette smoke. Not good.
