Please be aware that both our Seacom links are currently offline and we are on failover to WACS. Our engineers are busy investigating right now and I will update you accordingly once we have more information.

We have enough capacity on WACS to keep you up and running, however p2p will be affected in the interim.

Sherlock needs to get his butt in gear as this has been like this for some time now.

p2p is not "affected" it's simply dead right now :)

Hope you fellas can shake Sherlock out of his slumber so he can investigate ;)
 
They say they have enough backup BW on WACS but that is a complete lie - I can barely even open a basic http page. "P2P might be affected" - yeah right.

Here, I must agree.

International is ****ed, it would behoove them to be upfront about that. To be fair though, their assessment is technical and based on the info they have in the midst of an emergency situation, so I am happy to cut them a little slack.
