I would like to know if anyone knows how much a Fixed IP will cost me... Please, have mercy and bend the truth a little. I am too afraid to look.

oh dear....that is very expensive. I saw an US ISP that asked $3. I was expecting something in that range...

So u want a fix IP with out the uncapped part? Sorr dosn't happen... Can try dinamic DNS if u have a website or something..

You don’t say what modem/router you have nor your ISP if it’s the 5110 you can go to DynDNS the only one supported by the adsl5100, there you can request dynamic IP to fixed domain mapping. there is more than one flavor. read the data, see if it answers your requirements. Read the modem documentation!
If your volumes are low this may be a solution. There are many others!
