Fixed LTE still limited

Since the new month my sim is limited to 10mbps no matter what. Support just give the normal restart your roouter, make sure it is set to 4G only.

I have tested with the work backup LTE sim and all work fine with my router. But going back to my sim limits to 10mbps again. Emailing support is useless, they haven't given any solutions as of yet.

Mtn average upto 40mbps there your speed fall within the t's and c's

That is fine. Than I should not be able to get 100mbps on our sim from work that is also with afrihost in my router when I test it.
 
Are you on an uncapped package?
Yes on the uncapped. But they have throtteling on it after a certain threshold. Mine should have rolled over on the 1ste of the month but apperantly I get screwed.
