Why?

Old people, can't see the numbers on cellphones. Telkom not doing prepaid anymore and cheapest package is over R200. Will rather spend around R50 to R60 on Telkom Mobile prepaid, and few family members call after 7pm from Telkom landlines.
Telkom to Telkom counts as on net iirc.
